My family and I were just in town looking. We do not live in the Austin area we are out of state and we may or may not move to Austin. The staff at Ventana Oaks were the only people who actually wanted to show us an apartment. Everywhere else we went the staff was rude and unprofessional. We loved the community and if we do move to austin we will move to Ventana where the property is beautiful and the staff is nice.
