We paid a $75 deposit per gate remote when we moved in and it was called Spraddle Creek and we turned in all remotes when we moved recently. We have proof but they told us to contact Spraddle Creek (right!''). I sure would be interested in talking with anyone else who didn't get the remote deposit back.

I didn't put down a deposit for remotes, and I moved in when it was Spraddle. Strange??
