Positives:
Staff is nice, and responsive when I can drop by in person. I haven't been able to catch someone when I've called the few times that I haven't been able to drop by in person for things, but when I've left messages, they've been responsive.
Grounds are clean and nice looking. They place is cleaned up and taken care of daily.
Very quiet. So far, I've had no problems with loud neighbors and I have only been able to hear them a few times very lightly. Either they were really loud at that point, or they're not normally loud.
Parking is generally good. There are occasionally tight on spaces depending on the time of day. I have a covered parking space and its helpful, especially since I never have to fight for one. On the occasion that I have someone over they rarely have to park far.
I'd have to say my favorite perk about this place is that they are back off the main road, so there's no road noise at all, and it feels a little more secure that way.
Negatives:
The only real complaint I'd have is that I had misunderstood the pet policy to begin with. They don't allow puppies - the restriction is no dogs less than a year old. I had wanted to get a dog, but not right when I moved in. When I asked about it after I'd been there for 9 months, I found out the no puppies rule. I've loved the place otherwise and have been very impressed with the complex. Unfortunately, my office is moving further south, so I am not renewing, but if my commute wasn't changing to something that would be horrendous, I'd definately stay; I certainly recommend this place.

You would stay enough though you want a puppy and they don't allow it? How stupid...do you work in the office?
