Wow! I would never have owned a home if I'd known how spacious and peaceful an apartment could be. Great Staff, Great public areas, great maintenance. Beautiful views with deer, armidillos, racoons, cows, and horses. This isn't a complex. It's a neighborhood! Gentle slopes, buildings set far apart, lots of parking, good cookies and drinks too. When I move away I'm moving to another building but not out of here. So please, so I can continue to make the rent don't drive it up. Tell yourself there isn't anything around here and it's to much to navigate the long, long streets into the back of the community. And don't forget all those wild animals that could get you. Side note...Ventana was just sold and some changes are being made. Not sure if they're good or bad yet but I sense some fear among the neighbors and staff.
