I had mold in the living room and in the bathrooms! Nothing was being done to take care of it and we started to get sick from it. We repeatedly told the manager who just sent people out(days later) to only paint over it!! Not to mention all of the noise complaints that go unresolved, I would NOT recommend this apartment to my worst enemy.

10% bleach and water.. that's what we use here in FL. It works, usually there is nothing they can do about mold unless they tear down the whole place, and that means a gut job and moving tenants out of their place. I found that out the hard way. Hope this helps you in the meantime.
