We have been here three months, and management has been extremely cooperative in getting the little things fixed that one misses on their first inspection. For example, a troublesome thermostat was replaced with one of better quality, and keeps the apartment withing 1 degree of its setting... efficient and comfortable!

We enjoy the monthly Saturday breakfasts and recent resident recognition pool party.

The spaced out buildings belie there being over 400 apartments, and the grounds are kept very clean and well trimmed. It is peaceful living for us ol' folks, and we (and 'bobcat') really enjoy the natural 'ranch' scenery and animals just beyond our balcony.
