It's probably too soon to write a review since I've only been here for a month, but WOW. This place is AWESOME. We've had no issues with noise from any of our neighbors...it's almost like we don't have any (I know we do though, because I see the welcome mats). We're right by the pool and even when there are a bunch of people out there, the noise is very minimal (minus the random screaming kid, but hey..it's a pool).

When we first moved in, there was a slight issue with our showerhead, but that was fixed about 10 minutes after I hung up the phone with the office. Management so far has been AWESOME. Friendly every single time I have to talk to them.

Parking is amazing. No matter what time I come home I never have to worry about walking further than 100 feet or so. I love how everyone seems to know each other and be friends, at least in our building and the one across from us. Didn't see that much at our old place (hence the username).

I'm pretty sure my opinion won't change in the next 14 months, but if it does, I'll update the review!
