Customer Service is the WORST!!

I have lived in these apartments for over seven years and the new / current management is terrible! When I reported problems, they never showed up when they said they would. I had to report a water leak three times before they showed up and than it wasn't fixed correctly. When I gave my notice they told me they would contact and bill me, they never did. That was after I gave them my new address repeatedly. Not to mention they stick you with ridiculous fees. They are simply crooks and thieves even after I paid my rent on time for years.

I think Ventana has the best customer service. I have never had any problems. When I call to report a problem they show up the same day to take care of it. I have lived in several apartment communities and this one has been the best to me. They really know how to take care of the residents here. Why did you stay seven years if you didn't like it?

I think you are crazy if you think this is the worst customer service! This is the best placed I have ever lived at. I agree with the last post, if you don't like it so much and they are so horrible why stay for so long? If I don't like something then I make a change. You must have failed to pay your rent or fell on your head! Are you sure you are reviewing the right community?

Yes I'm sure I reviewed the right place. I lived there so long because the old management was much better. If you know anything about the place you would know they were sold to another company and brought in all new management. I never missed a rent payment either. I bet both of these comments are from the current management staff.

My husband and I live at Ventana Oaks right now and are miserable. Can't wait to get the *&)$% out of here !!! The new management (if you can call it that "management") is TERRIBLE. The rent is continuing to inflate anf the neighborhood is going down the hill. The noise level around here is unbearable, and the neighbor above us is beyond that ! The management offers no assistance other than to go to anther community with better ammenities, guess they feel so superior that they can afford to have unrentable units and leave them vacant. No one will stay in this environment and I pity anyone who is deceived enough to move in and find themselves locked into a lease in this place. We don't have any issues with paying rent on time or with maintenance but have a big issue with the noise and poor management. By the way, just try and get ahold of the actual management company in CA, you will only find yourself in a loop. Guess the current management will enjoy themselves when tenants can't seem to get information to the upper management (if they even care to handle the situation). Maybe they will take some notice when the occupancy level deteriorates. I am encouraging other decent neighbors to find a better place to live as soon as they can get out of their lease, or before. Just ask Michael, the current management, they will tell you that there are other apartment communities with better ammenities around. Would be nice if the owner would actually take notice of websites like this with information regarding their communities. Those last responses above were probably from management trying to cover there .... you know what. Good Luck, one day it will come back to them 100 times and it should.
