My family and I love living in Ventana Oaks! The office staff is fantastic and the people are friendly. The Office Manager, Assistant Managers and staff are well organized and VERY PROFESSIONAL. When you walk in the office you at least have one or more staff members wanting to help you. What more can I ask for. The veiws and noise are PEACEFUL. I've enjoyed living here so much, that I moved two times just to have a different floor plan! I've also made lots of friends living here, we have decided to stay a little longer! We really love the living here and you should too!

that is great when the staff either writes the review or solicits one I am so glad to be outta there for three plus years When it was Spraddle Creek it was AWESOME

blonde girl? okay well she leased to me, gave me the wrong amount to pay when i move in, she gave me gate remotes that didnt work and never fixed the stuff i asked her to. she was too busy surfing the web when i walked in. the guy- "Assistant Mgr'" got my remote to work, got the maintenance guy to fix my stuff within the hour and went above and beyond to help me with my new apartment. i love it here, the mgr is nice, i met amanda on a weekend and she helped me real fast so i guess "the blonde girl" must be your friend. btw, i dont hide behind an anonymous name.

Yes, I agree. This has to have been written by management. I can't wait for my lease to be up, and it won't be soon enough. This must have been written in response to one of the previous reviews I saw which addresses both the manager and assistant (assistant is pretty bad !) There is one girl in the office, blonde, that is pretty good. Asst. Mgr has alot to be desired. Oh he will do all he can to get you in so that his quota is covered, but after - it's all about him and his friends. Don't expect too much from that guy. The Manager seems to be more concerned about issues, but has too much to do, the assist is the one responsible for alot of the mis-management. The property seems to be improving somewhat, depending upon where you live. Some areas still need attention. However, there are lots of places near by where you can get more upgrades and better customer service, for less rent. Bytheway, there is a property on the otherside of 620 with identical floorplans, 6 months free rent and less per month. Found this out when searching for a new place.
