If you are a pet owner, you are not welcome there! Their so-called pet friendly grounds turn into a prison really quickly. The non-refundable pet deposit, warning letters if your dog barks, fines and fees for every little step your pet takes are just some of the few things that can get to you...let alone the snakes...i see one every time i walk my dog. "this is Texas" is what i get in response when I go to complain about the snake problem...I strongly recommend thinking twice before moving into this apartment complex.

The only problem I see is negligent Pet Owners who don't even know how to pick up after their dogs. (The Management even furnishes Poop Bags) There also seems to be a mental lapse of how your pet should be contolled. I see large dogs running free and not leashed.

Try being someone here who isn't a pet owner. Our neighbor is never home and their yappy dog barks ALL DAY LONG. Plus every time I take the garbage out or go check the mail, I'm stepping over dog poop. I love dogs (as well as other pets), but if people would pick up after their pets and control their noise levels, maybe management wouldn't send you warning letters and such. And I also might add, this *is* Texas... there are a lot of woods around the property. Management really can't do much about the snakes. I've been here two years and never once seen a snake.
