Ventana Oaks is a great place. The problem here is tenants who feel they don't need to take responsibility for their pets, their children and their driving speed through the complex. When we moved in the Aparment was immaculatly clean ... more

If you are a pet owner, you are not welcome there! Their so-called pet friendly grounds turn into a prison really quickly. The non-refundable pet deposit, warning letters if your dog barks, fines and fees for every little step your ... more
