Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I lived at the Verandah for almost 18 months and loved it. I was so happy there. They had a huge one bedroom with low rent and utility bills. I was so upset when I moved into my new apt. I realized what a mistake I made moving there. I got a bigger two bedroom at the Mansions at Canyon Creek and HATE it. I would recommend this complex in a heartbeat. Also, there was no staff turn over while I was there. At my new apt. they can't keep managers or staff.
