I COMPLETELY agree with the last review. I am also a locator and have been living at the Verandah for over 3 years now. While I absolutely love the property and townhome that I live in, the former management was, in my opinion, a nightmare. They had absolutely no customer service skills....good example is not saying who they are when they answer the phone. I avoided having to go to the leasing office at all costs. Plus, I have spoken to several people who upon move out have been charged an arm and a leg for "damage" when there really wasn't any. Ridiculous things like making them pay for new carpet in the entire apartment when there is only one little stain. That being said, I am so happy that we have a new management company, and I have heard that the new staff is really friendly.

This is a wonderful place to live...wonderful residents, great amenities, gorgeous property. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone.
