I lived at the Verandah from Sept, 2004 until April 2006. When I first moved there it had a good management and all was fine. When repair work was done, they even called the next day to gauge my satisfaction. Then a new property manager was hired and he was horrible. Good news is this horrible property manager is gone and his replacement was fastastic (I hope he is still there). The new manager improved the property, had the entry gates fixed so they worked and was very reseptive to comments and observations.

I enjoyed living there with the new property manager (I wish I could remember his name). As important, I had to move to Tucson, so when I moved out they were just as porfessional. I had stained the carpeting and the property manager was "No charge" as he wanted to replace it anyways.

I loved the split two bedroom/two bath and I had the attached two car garage.

And YES I WOULD LIVE THERE AGAIN!!!
