Poor parking. You will be towed and that will cost $193.
Poor draining system, water collects everywhere. In the summer, that is a breading ground for misqutoes.
Nobody picks up after their dog.
Staff is unprofessional. They never follow up.
Landscaping needs attention. Exposed pipes and wires on the ground.
Walkways are not well lite at night.
Walls and floors are thin.

I apologize, but it is difficult to take your review seriously. Was it meant to be serious?
Parking is an issue surrounding some buildings here, my experience has been that many apartment complexes have issues with parking. If you choose to park in a 'no parking' zone, you will get towed. As a law abiding citizen, I for one am thrilled that management enforces this law.
Since it rarely rains in Texas, I've not had an opportunity to observe the poor draining system or water collecting on the ground or 'everywhere'. It has rained recently and I've not witnessed the poor draining or water collection.
Since it does not rain in the summer in Texas, the rain cannot possibly be a breeding (check spelling, bread is something you eat)ground for mosquitos (check spelling).
No one (check grammar) picks up after their dog. I've heard this from other residents.
Staff is unprofessional. I know of only one unprofessional staff member, the rest of the staff get back with me right away, with correct information and have kept this up for three years.
The landscaping crew is here every single day. Verandah's landscaping is awesome and if you are used to a trailer park, it might actually need some attention so you can feel at home. My friends drive through here and the first comment they make is about the landscaping.
I've never seen an exposed pipe or wire in three years!
Perhaps your night vision is poor, I've no issues seeing my stairs and walkway at night (spelling - I think you may have been referring to Miller Lite).
The walls and floors are better than most apartments. I have a neighbor with a son who has some issues, I can hear him sometimes. At my son's apartment, I can hear the neighbor downstairs if they get ice out of their refrigerator.
My guess is (due to your grammar, spelling and the fact that you were towed)that you were evicted because you could not afford the rent and are angry.

Thank you for correcting the errors. I apologize for not proofreading my comments before posting them. The review is serious. The parking spot that I parked in was not marked with a "No Parking" sign. Others have used that same spot without being towed. If management is going to enforce this law, they should enforce it with all of the residents. They should also enforce parking laws with those that park in the fire lane. Among other places, you will find the exposed wires behind building 15. The exposed pipes are next to building 3. The fact that these are exposed is evident that the ground is being washed away and not maintained. The landscaping at the entrance is very beautiful, but that is the extent of it. As you drive to the back of the complex you will see less landscape and more pavement. The stairwell lighting is sufficient. However, I would not want my wife taking an evening walk alone on other sidewalks and walkways. Your son is fortunate that he is not below people who stomp a lot. As for your guess about me, you are incorrect. Regardless of one??s education and/or background, everyone has the right to express their opinions and concerns. All of which should be taken into consideration. It is kind to correct one??s spelling and grammatical errors, but stereotyping them and invalidating their opinions based on what you??ve labeled them only says something about your character.
