I just graduated from College and was moving to Austin. I inquired about a room at Hunters Run and a few other places. I finally decided that Hunter rUn was not a good deal and did not rent with them. They kept my check to hold the apt for one day($150) and then 4 months later reported me to a credit bureau agency for delinquent rent payments.

After contacting them about the issue they took 5 dayto address the issue and told me they were not aware of this and they could not and would not do anything to erase thier negative filing until I paid the money for not staying for those four months. Hows that for honesty. I recommend you stay away from these guys, even for inquiries. You might end up with a nasty credit filing like I did and a big larger deposit the next time you try to rent from another Apt complex!
