This property is right on the UT shuttle route and next to ACC. It is filled with young college students that finally live on their own for the first time. So they throw parties... and parties.... and parties. The poor grounds keeper spends the first 3 hours of his shift cleaning beer cans, beer bottles and vomit off the stairs and parkinglot. The apartments are nice, but the walls are paper thin.

There are no criminal background checks there, so I wasn't surprised when I looked up the registered sex offender website and found three of them lived there in 1999. Hey... They gotta live somewhere. Just watch your children...

I know that Most of the leasing girls are hot... But the blonde showes through..... Not very bright....

The kids there will park in your paid parking spot... because there is no parking....... Several times a month we came home and had to park a block away because our $30 / month parking spot had a car in it..

All in all... It is ok for the college freshman and sophomore... Or the occational registered sex offender. On a good week.. The cops were only there 3 times.
