HIGH turnover rate of office staff...and most are decidely NOT friendly or helpful.

If you have issues with the apartment or neighbors, you get labelled as a trouble maker and get treated poorly.
We had an intemittent problem with the dishwasher, and we were treated like we were retarded when they couldn?t duplicate it. We had WITNESSES to some of the things that would happen when it acted up but it took numerous service calls and ALOT of aggravation to get it fixed.
Then; when they replaced it, they didn?t schedule it with me. I came home from my daughters doctors appt. (having been up until 6am with her in the ER for pnuemonia)to find dirty dishes from the old dishwasher strewn everywhere. my house was ripped apart because they pulled everything out of my laundry area. (because the water shut off broke...and then a pipe broke...all while they were trying to fix it. It indicates the quality of the apartments AND the quality of maintenance.)

You never hear the neighbors next to you but you WILL hear those above you.

Parking sucks and there is a problem with people parking in reserved spots (who don?t rent those spots) because of this.
There has been a problem with party'ers and car break in?s lately.
The gate is a joke. It is broken and left open as often as it works. The gates in the fences are another joke. The grade schoolers have figured out how to open them with a twig or a slightly long thumbnail.

The grounds are nice; but only because the gardeners are out there mowing and using loud equiptment at about 7am every wensday.

the staff... if you have any issues that might put you at odds with them, watch out!
