There was this one extremely rude management lady. I think she was a criminal justice major, or something. You would ask her a question and she would try to make you feel stupid, not just once or twice, but every time for a total of probably 15 times.
Prices were low, but there was a reason for it. Gates never, ever, worked. Groundwater monitoring wells located adjacent to property, likely meaning groundwater contamination under property. Before you move in, look for mold, we had it everywhere. Air conditioning systems were wacky. Everytime you turned on the heater, the smoke detectors would go off.
I lived there one year and had to get the heck out of there. If you are thinking about moving there, better lawyer-up and prepare for battle.
