The price is cheap and so you should lower your expectations.
The gate is loud. Don't depend on the gym because equipment is stolen quite often.
Lots of the neighbors smoke, so you can never expect to open your windows. Lots of idiots drive cars with low restriction mufflers that are FREAKING LOUD. Lots of motorcycles with drag pipes and racing exhausts which is again really loud.
Apartment is decently equipped and well maintained. DO NOT TRY TO BREAK YOUR LEASE and expect to be given any kind of consideration due to circustances because it will not happen without an attorney.
