Cheap but i might not go there again.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Just moved out and thought should write some things about that apartment complex
Good:
-Water bill is very nominal.You pay what you use.
-Low rent
-Fast mentainance
Bad:
-No screen door for patio, you open door when weather is nice, bugs come in
-Ceiling is low. feel kind of congested.
-Only one trash dumster for the entire complex. It sucks because you either walk all the way carrying your trash or put it in your car to drop off and your car sticks.
