Awful Management

I was attracted to Hunter's Run for their low prices, however, I luckily changed my mind and decided not to move in. The management is rude. I felt like I was talking to a used car salesman when I was first looking at the place. Later, when I backed out and decided to move to a much better complex, management refused to refund my admin fee, which had been promised as refundable as part of their "30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee." Both my leasing agent and the property manager were extremely rude and insolent with me throughout the entire process. I'm so glad I changed my mind when I did - I dread the thought of having to deal with this managment for an entire year.
And yes, I realize an admin fee, or deposit, or whatever they want to call it, is partly to hold the apartment for a prospective tenant, however they should not tell people that the fee is refundable as part of their guarantee - a guarantee that gives you up to 30 days AFTER you move in to change your mind and break your lease and get back your money for ANY reason.
