Not worth the price or the headaches

While the property looks nice at first, the apartments are of substandard quality. Ducts full of black mold, non-functional appliances, maintenance staff that can never fix anything.
Furthermore, the management is bad. They are argumentative, unfriendly and pick & choose which rules they are going to enforce and which they are going to ignore based on who the people involved are.
We continuously complained of noise from our upstairs neighbors wild parties, including calling the police, just to be ignored by management. After a few complaints, management started finding things to write us up for, things rampant throughout the complex but for which we were singled out.
