Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Moved in Jan. 2004 and left Jan. 2005.
Overall, the apartments were fine (nothing to write home about, but nothing too bad either).
The staff was always kind and very helpful, even willing to go the extra mile or bend a few rules to help me out.
Maintenance wasn't a problem. Requests were handled promptly (usually same or next day) and were fixed properly.
I wouldn't have left, but I now have a roommate who wanted to live in a different part of town.
