I think the management is good, it's the male leasing agent that doesn't care and won't get things done. Every time I have gone to the office with an issue, wether it be a service request or to discuss my lease, Rod has been very demeaning and treats me like I'm an idiot, and acts like he has the final call, won't even ask the manager for any other options. Several times, the managers assistant has appologized on his behalf and worked out compromise to keep me here, I don't understand why management doesn't do anything to repremand this leasing agent who is giving alot of residents a headach - my neighbors have several issues with him too. I don't mind living here, but have decided when my lease is up, I will go somewhere else, and get the treatment a human deserves.

I just wanted to respond to this post. I have lived at Hunter's Run for a year now, and the male leasing agent (Rod) has been nothing but helpful. Every time that I have had an issue he is always the first one to help, and always seems happy to help. All of my neighbors like him...I can only imagine what this posts "issues" were. Other than in their head.

austin_province! You are either his galfriend or fat ROD himself. From my experience he cannot even be a zoo keeper. Even animals deserve better treatment. May be no body loved/hugged him when he was young.

I love your comments guccilady...more power to you. He thinks he owns this property. He is one lazy bastard due to his 500 lbs overweight. He wishes he had a girlfriend or girlpet. He was caught running around not properly dressed when some resident walked into the office, he probably was busy jacking off or something in the back. I am used to seeing people like him working at McDonalds. Maybe that's his second job!!!

I agree. Rod is the most arrogant and undesirable leasing officer I have ever seen. I really do not know how is he still working here. I cant wait to move out so I do not have to deal with him again.
