The biggest problem with the complex is the paper thin walls!!! Our neighbor under us believed that she shouldn't hear any noise, so if we were walking around at night she would call the police. By the time we left, the police probably knew our names!

We also had a terrible ant problem. Even though the office was quick to have someone come out, the problem was never solved.

Not only were the bugs a problem, The circulation of the air/heat was terrible. We had to buy a celling fan as well as keeping the air on all the time. Talk about an electric bill!

I did think the personal were very nice and they really tried to help, but the property itself had some problems.

At first look they are great, but as for my unit(and speaking only for myself)there were some issues.
