I have lived here for a year now, and I have really loved it until the new management took over. Overall the apartments have been quiet, had great parking, really clean and kept together. When it was Archstone, they took care of service requests, responded to voicemails, kept the place new looking. Now that Trinity has taken over, I have seen cops at the apartments several times, they never return voicemails or emails. They are rude on the phone, and they don't come when you request service. In one instance I had an appointment for them to enter my apartment to do service, we were told to pack up items and lift things off the floor but they didn't show up. Nearly a week later, they randomly entered and left a nasty note for us not putting our furniture and items up off the floor. I wish I would have known a new company was taking over before I signed the lease for the next year.

I agree with that last statement so much, it's almost sickening! I'm really upset that there was NO notice whatsoever about the change. One day it was Archstone, and the next....there was a whole new set of people who were ruder than any I've ever encountered. Unbelievable. BUY US BACK, ARCHSTONE, PLEASE!!!!!
