Not perfect, but a great deal.

I have lived here for 6 months and so far am more happy than not.
I leased my apartment with the male leasing agent, and he was very helpful. Located furniture for me and was able to give me directions (as a new to town person) to several places I may never have know about on my own. The staff I spoke with really seem to want to help me out.
The biggest issue I had was being able to reach the manager. I had an issue that the front desk staff tried to help me with but they could not. A message was given to the manager, and I spend days playing phone tag trying to reach the manager. That was frustrating.
The apartment itself was decent. Not soundproof, but not overly loud. I had quiet neighbors so it wasn't to bad. A big fitness center and two decent pools. I would have liked better parking, but I have learned how rare that is in this town.
I have not had any issues with crime with my car. But I try to keep it clean, and have an alarm.
I would recomend living here. It is cheaper than most places near by it, and the people in the office are (for the most part) pretty great. Ask for Andy Dina or Rod for the best service (if you ask me).
