I live there in 2003 and the staff could or would not communicate with each other. One would tell me something and then later on I would get a different message. It was very confusing and hard for management not to get their act together. They don't care if something happens to your car or even if someone breaks into your aparmtent. They will leave you to hang and wash their hands from the incident!
When I moved out I thought that things were good and I had finally put them behind me, but later on I received a letter telling me that I owed something. I am very organized with my payemtns and for them to send me a bill without notice was surprising. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

I have lived there for a long time, and I had never heard of an apartment being broken into. So I checked the Police Website, and found no records of anyone's apartment being broken into.

I've lived here for 3 years and personally know that apartments are broken into, as well as cars. There have been a string of recent break-ins to the apartment office, vending areas, common areas, equipment stolen from the gym, cars, and apartments. I have activated my alarm and am moving as soon as I can.

To austin_province: You can take it from me - one of my cars was broken into and I did file a police report (only to never hear from a detective or anybody). Hubcaps and a nice trailer hitch cover were stolen from my new SUV. My friends had their tires slashed. All this happened on Archstone Hunter's Run parking lot and police reports were filed. Not sure you can really trust the police or their reports. I personally wouldn't. Also read other reviews here they clearly state that police was called multiple and one review states that shots were fired from some apt. below into apt. above. I bet that had to be in the police report. But again, cah you really trust the police?
