I rated this apartment back when Archstone still owned it and gave it a very good review, and I enjoyed living in this place. However, things have changed drastically since Trinity has taken over. They are just plain incompetent. We've had pointless construction going on constantly, like putting in a new sidewalk, then tearing out the sidewalk a few weeks later and putting in a new one that looks exactly like the old one. Although all this construction is going on, it isn't any better than it was before and is a huge hassle. Also, I pay my rent in full and on time but they keep sending me past due notices for money I don't owe because they can't seem to do basic math. Then it takes forever to get sorted out because they rarely deign to respond to my emails, phone calls, and office visits. Oh yeah- and I'm never wrong, by the way, it always turns out to be their fault. I also have trouble getting them to respond to maintenance requests. And one final thought- how in the heck do they get away with calling these "luxury" apartments'

I definitely agree with you, they even sent me a Notice to Vacate (within 3 days!) because supposedly I was 2 days late on my rent!, of course I wasn't late, I paid it on time and through their website. Right now they are driving us crazy with all their pointless modifications to the first floor apartments, they require you to take out all your stuff from under sink cabinets, drawers and hall close, and they want you to keep all the stuff like that during a whole week because they cant even tell when exactly they will come work on you apartment...besides it is not comfortable at all to have their maintenance workers or contractors come to your apartment and stay in there for hours while you are not there...also the manager is rude and lacks manners and professionalism... These apartments were definitely better with Archstone =( |

I agree. I began living here when it was owned by Archstone. Saying the new managment is incompetent is putting it mildly. Between being threatened with late rent fees when I pay my rent on time and the ridiculously slow maintenance response time, this place is not worth the headaches. Plese don't move here!

I agree completely...their math skills are so bad, it should be ruled as criminal. That they are allowed to work in a capacity to collect VERY LARGE sums of money from many, many people, with their understanding of even the most basic math being so subpar, is unacceptable.
