I've lived here for 2 years and agree with the other people who have posted recently that this place is getting worse by the minute. Yes, rents are going up but that's a practice that most other complexes use. New customers always get the better deal. With that said, I'll hope that Hunter's Run is offering new tenants amazing deals since everything looks as if it's under construction. I appreciate upgrades, but updating sidewalks shouldn't take months.

I hate to be a snob, but the complex has attracted some less than desirable clientele. Cops have been at the complex numerous times in the last 2 months for various reasons. You can check it out yourself on APD's online crime report database.

This place was great when Archstone owned it. I hope that Trinity can step it up very soon. I will happilly NOT be around to find out. I'll be leaving this place by the end of the month! See ya!
