The management is really bad, does not help at all.. before you sign the lease, they are very helpful but once you move in, they dont even listen to you.. never dream of getting the deposit back, but you will have to pay much more even if there is no damage.. they will do anything to take money from you.. never never never rent an apartment here.. they will promise you to upgrade the apartment but wont do that when you move in... apartments are also old enough that there are several service issues every now and then.. the archstone management was decent, but trinity is very bad

Trinity is the devil. You should ask them in the office whatever happened to Ally that used to work there. See what kind of interesting bunch of effing lies they tell you.
