The complex consists of two properties across the street from each other. I live in the one that has the Main Office in it. The pool area is surrrounded by apartments which makes for an amplified sound, to say the least. When kids start screaming in bloody ecstacy in the pool, all those buildings work as huge amplifier pumping up the volume. They scream and scream and scream, sometimes from 9:00am until 11:00pm. The parents just sit there with the stupidest looks I've ever seen on human faces just letting them scream as if they had ear plugs. Once the parents discover the pool wears their kids out so all they do is sleep at home, the pool becomes kid central and they take them there ceaselessly. Kids screaming bloody murder while the parents drool all over themselves in sheer moronic stupors...all damn day long, all damn night long.

They have new owners who are ambitious to say the least. Everythings been torn up and new stuff that's a phony version of classy is built in place. It could be genuine complaints from the handicap tenants, but it's been working out to look more like their trying to keep up with what 'The Domain' has done to the area. (The Domain is a high-end classy strip mall). THIS INCLUDES RENT HIKES!

And with all that ambition, things that really matter fly under their radar, such as security lights at the mailboxes (one side has been out at least two years and yes I've told them), adequate garbage disposal, routine maintenance of the gym eqipment. The gym LOOKS nice, they're all over THAT...but the equipment doesn't get maintenanced until it's complaned about and that can be months - who has the time to remind themselves mid-day to call them about the gym' Apparently no one.

The parking lot pisses me off. Everyone just 'goes for it', has a get out of 'MY' way attitude, and unsupervised kids are all over the place.

The apartment itself was nice for about 3 years, now the plumbing is completely unacceptable and the all the maintenance staff does is think of ways to tell me it can't be fixed. Are you kidding' When you flush the toilet, the walls shake!

I completely feel you on the pool thing. It's the same way here on the 901 side! And the parties can never be before noise curfew starts, NOOOOO. It just HAS to be after midnight, or it apparently isn't the right time. Total nonsense. And this bunch of mental midgets with their cheap little attempts at class could not even APPROACH the snotty to-do at The Domain....though God knows they're trying. Pathetic.
