I have lived here for two years. When I first moved in, it was great. I liked my apartment, and the management was excellent--always willing to help whenever I needed it. I wish this happy story continued today; sadly, it does not.

The management is inconsiderate and incapable, at best. For instance, I pay my rent on the 28th of the month before it is due, every month. Yet on the 3rd of every month, I get a noticing saying I need to pay late fees, since I didn't pay my rent. EVERY TIME this has been an error on their part, yet I need to go in to work late because I had to stop in the office to get this mess straightened out.

I do not have maintenance problems often, but they do happen from time to time. One might think that they would want to take care of issues quickly, before they cause big problems (and big monetary damage). Not these people. That would make too much sense!

I haven't had the problem with roaches, but I have seen ants in my apartment -- and in the bathroom, of all places.

The name change of "Verano at the Domain", was meant to convey a new, classier apartment complex. Unfortunately, the only thing luxury about the new name of the complex is the name itself.

LOL How very true. You would think, if they were trying to sell those super classy effing "wood floors" that they wouldn't leave the rolls of cheap ass laminate laying around in the parking lot when another apt. is being remodeled. What a bunch of morons.

They have sent me those late fees notices like 4 times!...it is so annoying =( ... and I have ALWAYS paid my rent on time if not at least one week early...
