Just moved from Verano at the Domain after a nine-month lease. I agree with the other reviewers totally regarding the lackadaisical staff, lack of enforcment on pet poo, lack of maintenance of pools (especially 901 side) and have some advice for anyone currently renting or thinking of renting at Verano at the Domain. When you move out ABSOLUTELY be there when the final inspection of your apartment is done. My apartment was in really good shape so I wasn't worried about it and MISTAKENLY let them do the inspection without my presence. I received in the mail today a demand letter for over $500 to cover "carpet damage", and this was after they deducted my $300 deposit! The carpet needed cleaning for sure but it was in great condition otherwise. I know for a fact the carpet was only cleaned after my move-out, not replaced. My $300 deposit should have fully covered this expense. I will be disputing this but what are my chances of coming out the winner on this one''''''' Glad to be gone from there...sick that I don't have any documentation on condition of apartment on move-out.
