The following the text ..I wrote to the Trinity Property Consultants..the managers/owners of this Appartment Complex:

To Whom It May Concern:

I leased an apartment (Unit no: XXX) @ Verano at the Domain (1900 Hobby Horse ct, Austin TX) from February 19th 2008 to October 31st 2008. I moved out of the apartment in time with out any dues left behind and provided my address for future communication. Recently I received a letter from the management asking me to pay $180.14 (an attached document stated why must I pay the amount) with in 14 days. I immediately paid the amount (Check No: 2021).

The attached document stated that four (the unit XXX has only four window blinds) window blinds had been replaced and hence I was charged for the same. As I am charged around $30 per window blind, I requested the management to give all the old blinds to me so they can be donated to GOODWILL Industries . The answer from the management was that the old window blinds were trashed.

I requested the management that I would like to inspect the unit XXX to check if all four window blinds were replaced. I was asked for my drivers license which I provided and the key for the unit XXX was handed to me for inspection (No employee accompanied me). To my surprise I found that only one window blind is replaced (new). I was out of my mind. I could not believe my eyes. I immediately photographed all the window blinds.

My immediate thoughts are described below:
I had been living in the United States of America for about 8 years and until the morning of Wednesday, November 12, 2008 I was thinking that a Crow is black only in India . Amazingly I found out this after noon that a Crow is black in the United States of America too and the interesting finding is that the Crow in the USA is extra black very dark ..beyond imagination . For the first time I felt like a Band of thieves royally robbed me on a freeway during broad day light.

I feel like I had been robbed .I had been robbed I had been robbed ..

PS: I do not want the money I paid or I feel was robbed from me. All I want is an apology and any amount that the management likes to pay me back can be paid to non-profit organization or a charitable organization.
