Good Value for what you pay!

Nice and decent apartments. No surprises or letdowns. Won?t say top of the line place but surely justifies for what you pay. Maintenance may be just above average. I stayed here for 2 yrs and everything was satisfactory as expected. Electricity bills are moderate. Got my carpet, once steam cleaned and once replaced during that time for free -No questions asked.....

good for Single / Small family...

some security issues.. my friend?s car was broken into and his new satellite radio was stolen.
