I love my apartment and the location, but I've had several repair requests that were flat out never answered. You can expect to keep calling the manager and having the same conversation with her over and over; but nobody will show up.

The parking lot taken a bit of a nosedive since The Block opened up next door. The entire lot is littered with broken glass. I think the spoiled frat rat douche bags next door throw bottles from their patios. Nobody at the Viewpoint/Beck & Company staff feels compelled to sweep the glass on our lot. They don't seem to care enough to complain to the managers of The Block either.
