This apartment complex was fantastic until Lakequest Enterprises took over the management. Now I can't get anything repaired and dealing with the managers overrules any benefits of the atmosphere. These are the worst managers I've ever dealt with. They repeatedly lose my rent in the mail, or send me late warnings. When I call they say they found it sitting on their desk with all the other checks. They raised the rent by over $100 a month for "improvements", which included a horrible paint job and a security fence that doesn't even surround the entire complex. Now they are saying I have to renew my lease 60 days early, even though my lease agreement says I can renew it at the end of my lease and just have to give them 30 days notice if I'm moving. They are the ones who wrote 30 days on the lease, in their own handwriting. I have tried repeatedly to contact them by phone about this, but no one answers half the time, even though they are supposedly open from 8 am to 5 pm. This is a LIE.

I am moving out at the end of my lease and never renting through them again. If they buy out another apartment I am living in, I will pay to break the lease early just to get away from them.
