I loved this complex until Lakequest Enterprises bought it. Unfortunately the management team they had was incompetent. They lost my rent check, they applied my rent to someone else's apartment account, and twice they called to say that I hadn't paid rent at all (even though I had, and within a few days they straightened it out).

If the office is closed when you go to drop off your rent check, you have to stuff it into a tiny box they have attached to the wall. The only problem is, you can literally reach in and take out everyone's checks/money orders who has paid rent. It is ridiculous.

As for the apartment itself, they were large, and had high ceilings, so no one lives above you, which is nice. The walls were kinda thin, so occasionally you would hear your neighbors, but that is expected in any apartment. The parking can sometimes get full, but you can usally find a spot not too far away from your building.
