Office staff is patronizing and impatient. Maintenance requests take a long time ( 5 weeks and 4 requests at this point for the same problem). If it's continually managed like a slum in 10 years, this place will probably be torn down. Go to the Riata or a Gables property and be glad to cough up the money for the *professionalism* you get in return!

Good idea, I think I have lived at the Riata for 3 years and didn't have any of these problems. I think I will stay. Whew thank goodness for a site like this where the truth is told!
