village oaks were awesome apts, except the management was very rude and patronizing just like the last person said. however, there were a lot of good things. there was adequate parking. they paid for cable. the apts. came with a washer and dryer. it was very quiet. i never heard my neighbors. the neighborhood was great. there are no annoying access gates. the property was maintained well. i don't know about the maintenance, because i never had anything go wrong with my apt.
