I have lived at Village Oaks for a year now and am about to move. I have enjoyed living there, I have never found the leasing staff rude or patronizing. I think it depends on the person you talk to, the lady I deal with is extremely pleasant, so I just always ask for her when I need to call the office. Unfortunately, we are moving because we need a bigger place for a smaller price. The only thing that I don't love about these apartments is the pet deposit, its a whopping $500! Its the highest I've ever heard of, even higher than the new luxury apartment pet deposits. That's basically my only complaint about the place. There are some interesting neighbors though, lots who are extremely afraid of dogs, atleast in my buidling!
