This place is awful. Keep driving if you?re considering living here. I guarantee you it will be the worst $6,000-10,000 you?ve ever spent.



I lived there for a year. From the day I moved in, I had problems with the Air Conditioner and the dish washer. I called the management a number of times and it was always one excuse or another. I finally refused to pay my rent until it was fixed, so they rigged it for a couple of weeks. It was continually going out and about a month before my year lease expired, they came and replaced it, just in time for the next tenant.



The apartments are incredibly noisy. I complained several times about neighbors and nothing was ever done.



The pool is nasty and I think the hot tub serves as a nightly whirlpool for those with foot ulcers.



The Management and Maintenence are equally bad, but if you like to spend money unwisely and live miserably, give this place a try.

WOW, that's it. I am looking elsewhere. This writer brought it home by reminding how much I will pay in a years lease!
