Not the worse, but not the best I've ever lived in.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Minor problems have been taken care of immediately. Dryer died, ice maker not working' all fixed in a matter of days. The roof above the bedroom had a slight leak though and after months the stain on the ceiling just got bigger. The staff was courtious, but not in an out of the way courtesy. had problems with car getting broken into TWICE. No pests though, so I was happy about that.
