Nice place. I moved up from San Marcos without searching for very long and I lucked out when I signed my lease here. I lived in the smaller one bedroom. If you don't like small spaces don't rent that one..it's a big closet. It's great having a washer/dryer in your place though. Even the small ones have them. The location is perfect for everyday needs. HEB or randalls are literally right next door, gas stations on the corner, restaurants abound! They just had a management swap with another equity apartment, and I must say I preffer the other guys. However, I haven't had a problem that the maintenance guys didn't fix promptly (nice guys by the way). Don't go in the hot tub..that's actually a good rule of thumb at any apartment tho. Don't get naked and loud by the pool at night because you WILL HAVE AN AUDIENCE...unless of course you're into that kind of thing. I think rent might be a little high for what you get..but I still recommend the place. Ghetto' no way. Go live on E. riverside or N. Lamar for some GHETTRRRO action. I had a friend who had rocks thrown at him by 12 year olds up there......
