Village Oaks Apartments

Nice place, very nice staff From: b_luvd Date posted: 3/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   My friend told me about this website so I decided to check out how my complex scored and I have to say Village Oaks is not getting enough credit. I have lived here about 8 months and absolutely love it. The office staff is super friendly, they are very genuine in wanting to fix the minor problems I have had. Maintenance is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable (as they should be). Sure, some things have needed maintenance (my disposal and a/c needed tuning up), but they were fixed FAST and I have not had further problems. I've lived in brand new places and stuff breaks there too. When it comes to mechanical things, DUH it's bound to have problems now and again. Bottom line, I feel safe, got a good deal, have had no problems with neighbors or crime, and the staff cares. What more do you want'!
