I have been at Village Oaks for almost 2 years now. I have only had minor maintenence issues and they have always been fixed the same or next day by courteous staff. The staff has been very friendly, and they are in the process of some major upgrades right now. I have no complaints with this complex, and will probably renew for a 3rd year there. This is a great area, and is close to anything you could need.
