Moved in just about a year ago and was very pleased with the apartment. Have had a number of problems with roaches, even though we kep our place spotless. The AC was working fine but then they said they came to "service the AC", have had water flow over the tub since then. They say due to condensation. Whatever the case, it has left the tub a dingy yellow. Its a nusiance to keep it clean but a little bleach/Ajax goes a long way. Try and argue the rent down. Management is very friendly and try very hard to make you (the resident) happy. If the rent hadn't increased so much and if they had just kept the roaches out (the big ones) then probably would stay another year. I can deal with the tub stains. I had to modify some tubing and pvc piping and run the drip pan line down to the drain to prevent the drip...drip while I was showering.

WOW! god how could I even think about living here. After what I have read, sounds like this complex needs to be condemned! Come on roaches and dripping pipes!
