Honestly, I don't really like the layout of my apartment, and I'm not that impressed with any of the other layout options. However, I adore the management, and I think these apartments are incredibly well maintained for their age. Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful. It is obvious to me that they would go out of the way for me if I needed anything, but as of yet, I have had no need for them. I have a couple of loud neighbors, but who doesn't' I feel safe at Village Oaks, and I feel the management truly wants it to be a good home for people. Even though I'm not a big fan of the floor plans, I plan on renewing when my lease is up.

I am the property manager here and wanted to say thank you for your kind words. I wish I could rearrange the floorplan to meet your needs better, but I can't. I can offer some suggestions that might make your apartment a little more cozy. If you want to stop by I would love to offer my two cents. Joseph

Wow! Reading these reviews makes me wish I had checked out Village Oaks when I was searching for an apartment. It sounds like there's good, friendly management and staff, and the apartments look very well-kept from the outside.
